Does anyone do Years ala Millipie?

I was perusing Milliepie's old photobucket album and came upon her years/logos album. Love them. But going in 2012.

Does anyone design anything like hers? I especially love the feel of the Disney Cruise Line one but would love to see it in Disneyworld style.
