Does anyone do memory box frames?

I'm making a memory frame for my new nephew including his birth announcement and birth picture. This is the first time I am doing this and I could use a few suggestions as to what else I can put in there. Can anyone offer me any??

I just saw the cutest memorie boxes in the American Girl Magazine for the July/Aug issue in the library...

They had tons of stuff in theirs...they had the beads with letters on them and put them on the box...they have cute little baby items from (Jolee?) like bottles or an out fit or a rattle you could put in there...maybe a cut out pic of the baby?
