Does anyone do hippopost?

Has anyone here done hippopost? I like the idea of this and I'd like to use it but I don't want to if I will be giving them my friends and family's address so that they can send them a bunch of junkmail. If you've gotton a hippopost card, did you get junkmail afterwards?

I did hippopost the week of OCt 1 and I just got the cards this week. i sent one to myself each time I sent it to others. I haven't gotten any junk mail yet. they do advertise on the card, on the bottom of the front, and then an ad on the message part.
