Does anyone color their hair at home?

My DH has his color done at the salon, but at $70+ a pop he has decided that he would like to try to color at home. He asked me to scope out the products for him, but there are so many choices and brands. Does anyone have a good one they love that does a good job of making their hair look natural? I was thinking that the L'Oreal one that has different tones in it might be good but it's comparatively pricey.

A co-worker of mine uses Just For Men and he says it works good. It looks really good too.

Yes, I use L'oreal. It does a really nice job.

I'd recommend doing the temp. one the first time. The color won't last more than a month. But it will help you get the "hang of it".

Then, switch to the perm. colors. I redo my color abt every 3-4 months.

Its really pretty easy & full proof.
