I am going to a seminar at the Contemporary in October. We have decided to stay the whole trip at AKL istead of CR but now I'm worried that I might not be able to park at CR. Does anybody know if I stay at AKL if I can park at CR? If I can't I'll have to change my reservation and split my stay between the two. My son really wants to stay at AKL because of all the activities they have for kids during the day. My mom will be watching him when I'm attending the seminar.

As long as you have a WDW Resort parking pass you will be able to park wherever you need to on WDW property.

Resort parking also covers you for the parks.

As a resort guest you get free parking across the board.

I had read a post that said if you are not staying at CR you can only park there for 3 hours or you will be towed. Anybody know if this is true?

That's for people not staying onsite, that do not have a parking pass in the window...

I think you would still want to call ahead and confirm this. Even resort guests can't just park all day at cr. If they could, everyone would park there and walk to mk. I would bet there is a separate permit of some sort for people there for specific business meetings. Call the CR and ask to speak to someone that handles the meeting rooms.
