If HoJo by DL has tours that you can book through them? I really wanted to do the LA tour as well as the Tiajuana (sp?) tour, and was wondering if you could book them through the hotel?
If not, does anybody know where I could book them through?

yes - although I don't think there was any special arrangement. In the lobby they had a rack with hundreds of brochures advertising tours to all sorts of places and you could just thumb through the brochures and book your own, or ask the people behind the desk to do it for you.

They booked us a car hire and I know of others who got them to recommend and book tours for them.
