Does anybody have any dinner rehersal ideas for 40 people??

I AM LOOKING FOR A LOCATION TO HAVE A DINNER REHERSAL. I HAVE ABOUT 40 people That I need a spot for . Doesn't have to be in Disney. I am looking for something low key. Does anybody have any suggestions??

there are tons of things. what is your budget like? low key could mean order some pizzas poolside at a resort or cater a lunch at a restaurant or go to the hoop dee do - lots of things! some people host the event, some don’t. there are lots of restaurants (duh) on property and off. if you are wanting to do a meal for folks, i’m sure people will pipe in, but there is also a planning journal thread at the top of the page where you could get budget/location ideas as well!

We had a rehearsal for 40ish people at Bahama Breeze. I wanted it on Disney property but DH said no, so we had it there. And it turned out to be great! They gave us this private back porch area so it was pretty low key and fun and easy to mingle. And the portions were huge!

Our rehearsal party is about that size. We're having it at the Hoop Dee Doo Musical Review at Fort Wilderness. But, it goes with our country, rustic theme; And I love the show. So, it was a no brainer for me.

We're having our dinner after our VR for 40 people at Il Mulino in the Swan. Menu prices start at $55/pp in a private room.

the weather can be so nice so why not a reception in Epcot in the Garden area behind the United Kingdom? also in the Living Seas has an area where you can have your dinner... or in downtown Orlando there's a restaurant - Maggiano's! great food. just a couple of suggestions...so many places, so many choices..hehe....

Our DD and her now DH had theirs in a smallish ballroom/meeting room at the GF - with the "lady and the tramp" buffet - cute little red checked tableclothes and simple centerpieces - turned out great - everyone enjoyed very much - it was convenient after the rehersal as well (she was married at the WP)....
