Because I'm really getting sick of them.
I usually have them once every week, or every two weeks. It depends on my consumption of dairy products, caffeine & chocolate. But really, it's ridiculous. I don't have it so bad that I actually throw up, or I can't function at all...
But I might as well be at home rather than at school. It hurts to think, it hurts to do anything but sleep. It makes me nauseous. Like, I'll get hungry, and know I'm hungry but my head hurts so bad that I just don't want the food. It keeps me from eating. I can't do anything for long periods of time, I get restless and starting whining loudly (not words, like whimpering).
I can't take tylenol or anything anymore. I took it so much in the past year, like every morning to prevent migraines cause I was afraid and they ruin an entire day, that I actually thinking I'm slowly destroying my stomach and it could be a cause of some of the problems I've been having recently.
It's so frustrating. I've had up to 7 in one month.
It's painful, but I can't sit at home and do nothing, I have to go to school, and go to work and feel terribad.

It's kinda funny that you made this because I clicked refresh and started rubbing my head because it started to throb. It went away though.

Luckily I only get migraines a few times a year when I have the flu or something.
I usually just get mild headaches every few weeks.

 Hope you feel better.

I used to get them 2 times a week. So it was pretty much continuous becasue they would last 3 days each usually. Now I take a preventive for them becasue they got so bad. If yours hurts for more then two days and is debilitaing, which not being able to go to school would be, you can get a shot. Its really kinda painfull and feels funny but it kills it. Tordal or something is what its called. They shoot it right on your hip/rear. I suggest talking to your doctor about them.

I now get them maybe every other week which is considered sucess in my case since i had them so sever.

i would see a doctor about it. it could be an allergic reactoin to something

i know exactly what you're talking about.
the only thing that makes me feel better if i can't sleep is 2 excedrins. that's 1000 mg >_<
i get them if i don't drink enough water. which is quite often. sometimes they last a couple days

It's due to a consumption of caffeine, dairy products, and processed meat. Usually what causes them for people who are prone to migraines.
Excedrin rarely helps me, it's only worked a few times. My migraines usually only last a day, but the migraine has continued on today. It's like a quarter of one though, it's just the corner of my right side.
I can't get anything from a doctor until I've attempted cutting out stuff like pop, chocolate, cheese, hot dogs, and stuff like that. I eat cheese almost everyday.

mine are horrible. i cannot function.
i'm on medication that works to prevent them, but it takes it awhile if i take it only when i'm getting a migraine.

I rarely get them but when I do it really hurts and I can't see 'cause it goes black. Not fun.
I usually go to sleep to get rid of them and that normally works.

I get them. I used to get them all the time in elementary school. They were HORRIBLE. I would throw up with them. Luckily they don't come near as frequently as they used to and they aren't as severe as they used to be. I get a really, really bad one maybe once or twice a year now.

Excedrin migraine is a miracle for me.
