we are going to stay at the rock at all star music , does the bus go by there to pick people up or do we have to go to the front.

As far as I know, you have to go to the front of the resort to catch the bus.

All of the value resorts have only one bus stop, which is in front of the main building.

And just as an FYI, there's no guarantee that you'll be staying in any particular section. You could very easily end up in a building on the other side of the resort. Requests for specific rooms or buildings are only requests (unless you've paid extra for a king or preferred view). Never assume you'll be in a particular building, because it's all subject to availability when you arrive.
