Does Animal Kingdom really have a talking Mickey talking Minnie and talking Donald Duck?

I saw a Youtube video of an Animal Kingdom Meet And Greet with a talking Mickey Minnie and Donald Duck and I would like to know more about it? The characters dress in safari outfits and talk and answer questions about going on a safari adventure and from what I saw it looked really cute and now I know where Talking Mickey went to after being in Magic Kingdom after 2008. Where in Animal Kingdom can you find this meet and greet?
