Does AKV charge to hold/accept packages for guests?

I am planning to order water from costco and have it delivered to the resort. Wondering if AKV ever pushed thru with charging guests $10 or so for accepting packages for guests?

I have not seen anything about that kind of charge on the boards.

The package handling fee is charged at the following DVC resorts: BLT, BCV, and BWV.

FYI - Costco has canceled some on-line orders shipped to locations other the your account billing address.
