I had my fare last year go down and was given an "electronic" voucher for the difference. I have read that MidWest no longer gives vouchers does anyone know about airtran

TIA!
Sue

I emailed them when our rates went down and they did issue an electronic credit. Since the flights are non-refundable, they will not credit my credit card but I do have funds in my "airtrain" account which must be used within one year.

When we flew Air Tran in 2004 they would not give us a credit or a voucher or anything when the cost of our flights went down...their answer to my request was simply, we do not charge you the difference when the prices go up...
It seems you had better luck then we did.
