We are flying AirTran when we go down in November. What are you referring to when you talk about calling for credit? And how do you know your flight price went down? Sorry if this was mentioned elsewhere
TaraPA said:If the price of your flight drops lower than what you paid, you can call AT & get the difference put on your account as a credit (not a cash refund). You can use this account credit towards seat selection, baggage fees, or future tickets. The only way to know if your fare dropped is to check it every day.

Thanks
Question: can you just check the price online or do you have to call to see if there's a fare drop?
