Does a resort reservation date change, remove any ADR’s you made?

We are visiting for a week. I made our ADR’s at our 180 day +7 mark for the whole week. We are co side ring shifting our resort reservation 4 days later. Will we lose the dining reservations we made for the whole week? Or, can we keep the dining reservations for the last 3 days?
