Does a one day park ticket make your room only ressie a package

We just need a one day ticket as the other day we are doing the MNSSHP. short trip this time...Will this make our room only ressie a package?

No you can purchase tickets separately from the room (even from Disney) and that does not make your room only reservation a package.

Do you want it to be a package? You can make anything a package if you want to. You can do a ticketless package with a dining plan or a package with one day tickets and no dining plan.

The way you phrased the first question I thought you were trying to avoid it becoming a package. Be aware that if you change from room only to a package your one night charge will be refunded and a new $200 (I think) will be placed for the package.

I don't think packages get sold with one day tickets. I feel like someone was having issues doing that last year and they ended up just booking room only and buying the one day ticket separately.

ETA: I can't remember how many nights they were staying...

As a Canadian I can't get the Disney Visa so I'm not up on the perks, others may be able to help with that.

If you buy it separately no.
If you book both the room and the ticket at the same time then yes its a package.

Just called reservations and was told must purchase a least a 2 day ticket??? Not a big deal but a little of a bummer...
