Seems rather early. We eat at Germany all the time and only extremely rarely does it take over an hour, and most people are faster than us. I would think 6pm and then you still have an hour wait.

Might not be too early. went to Processional a few years back and ate at Beirgaten too. The problem is the very long wait in line if you don't have the special reserved seating. The last time we went in early Dec 08 and walked past the 2 lines, 1 at each side, both lines went on til well past the next country. And that was at 6 PM too.

If doing the CP package,Disney Dining will tell YOU what time slots for which shows and what is available.You don't just pick any time.If not doingthe package, 5pm is about right.Depending on the narrator, you may have to line up about 2 hrs before showtime
