Does a 2 year old need a ticket to get in to the parks?

My daughter turned 2 in December do I need to buy her a ticket to get into the parks? We are going in late February.I am kind of confused on the age for tickets. I was thinking 2 was free but I am not sure?

No need to buy a ticket for your two year old. Under three is free!

Your two year old can also eat for free at the character meals if you decide to do one.
