Dodge Neon Trunk

Can a Dodge Neon trunk fit 2 large pullmans, a 1 medium pullman and a big cooler of beer?

We fit two hard side suitcases (not sure the sizes, but standard) and a 48 qt cooler in our '98 neon. The trunk is sizeable, but the wheel wells and deck lid hinges get in the way. Is there any way to do a dry fit before you go?

It's for a rental car. I am not sure if we should upgrade to an intermediate.

Will you have passengers in the rear seat? If only one or two are riding in back you could put on of your suitcases behind the front seat or on the back seat, possibly lay down the seat back of the rear (split 60/40). I doubt you'd get three suitcases plus the cooler. We had a small 20" pullman that we kept up in front, behind the passenger seat on the floor.

We have 4 average size adults that will be traveling from PBI to MCO. Looks like we should upgrade.

The backseat on the Neon is very small. I am very short and my legs are crunched with an average height person sitting in the seat in front of me. My 5'11" dd ocassionally squashes back there with the carseat and booster and she is really uncomfortable - everywhere we go as a family (5 pp) we have to take two cars. The trunk is actually larger than it looks. We took luggage for 5 one time to Disney - we did have to pack light in smaller suitcases though. I keep my Jeep jogging stroller in there all the time and I just have to pop off the footrest to make it fit easily.
