actually, they sound right on time if you go by what i said. if anything, they're late.
6 weeks prior to check-in means 42 days. most tend to get them around 38 days out but i'm assuming 31 is more reasonable for canada.
the CM quoted above that said 3 weeks would have been right once. when the service first started, they would even have problems getting tags out and even had to fedex them very often. 3 weeks was the norm for a while, but then it was bumped up to about 5 weeks and now 6.
Remember, if you're asking a CM at DRC/CRO/DTC, they aren't going through the same process you are (unless they don't live in Orlando and visit the parks) - DME isn't handled by them. Many who do live in the area don't even visit the parks.
when you pay it off has nothing to do with it. in theory, you're paid in full by 45 days out anyway. even if you pay in full at the time of booking 10 months out, it's sent on the same timeline. the only exception is when you book with less than 45 days out, things are sent more quickly.
