Documents from Disney?

Hi there-

I'm new here (well, I've been a lurker for awhile, but have never posted...) and we're leaving for a stay at the CR in less than 2 weeks!!!

We received our Magical Express documents about a month ago but haven't received any papers regarding our stay or our ADRS. Is that normal or should we call?

Just a little nervous (but mostly excited!!)

Disney doesn't send anything about your ADRs. But you can request a printout of them once you check-in to your resort.

As for your hotel info, they should have emailed it to you when you booked. Or if you didn't give them an email address you can just go to disneyworld.com and enter your reservation # to print it out.

You will not get anything about your ADR's in the mail. You can ask for a printout when you check in however, it will have all ADR #'s/locations/times on it.

If you booked a package (dining plan, MYW etc.) and not a room only, than you should have received documents via mail but it will not include the list of your ADR's. If the package was booked via a TA than I would call them and ask. If not than call Disney and find out where your documents are. I booked a package and received my documents on 3/13/08 and we arrive on 4/16/08. Have a great trip.

We're leaving in 32 days and got our package documents in the mail today. It contained conf of dates, hotel, dining plan, etc. Also the vouchers for mini golf, planet hollywood, sea racer and plastic WDW luggage tags. ME came last week. I'd definitely call since you're leaving so soon.
