Documents and photo pass plus came!!!

Was excited to get email yesterday while at work saying my photo pass plus had been delivered. Then checked UPS to learn that my package documents were also to be delivered. Few minutes after getting home door bell rang. Even with having knee surgery I jumped up and tried to run for the door I was so excited! That hurt lol.

I also got mine yesterday.
There was no mention of a lanyard but I believe someone on here said that they give you one when you get your card.

I got a coupon type book that had the pin and lanyard voucher in it, a free 5x7 photo voucher and the ESPN card voucher too.

Interesting -- I did not get a print voucher or ESPN voucher.
I got the voucher to get my PP+ card, a pamphlet with the code, and a CD.

The lanyard, free 5x7 and ESPN card are all part of a package and not something with your PPP pre-order.

I also got my PPP cd and voucher yesterday!

I ordered my pp+ a month ago and it is still not here. They said they the shipped it again Monday. Hope it gets here soon. Our trip is 17 days away....hope to see travel documents soon as well.

Interesting -- I did not get a print voucher or ESPN voucher.
I got the voucher to get my PP+ card, a pamphlet with the code, and a CD.

The pin and lanyard and ESPN voucher was part of my disney package not part the pp+ . They were separate packages.

I ordered my pp+ a month ago and it is still not here. They said they the shipped it again Monday. Hope it gets here soon. Our trip is 17 days away....hope to see travel documents soon as well.

I tracked mine from the photo pass website from the time I got the email that it had been shipped. It took 12 days. Was shipped via fed x but then was sent to the post office and ended up getting it in the mail.

Good luck and perhaps go see where the package is.

I tracked mine too. It completely stopped tracking on May 2nd. I called my PO and gave them the tracking number and he said it was an invalid number. Disney resent the PP+ on Monday and said he expedited the shipping. I have not received another email regarding it being shipped. I have the order number and receipt. I can take that to the park. Not too worried. Super excited to get the travel docs though

I went to photo pass to track the package and then on the fed x site I requested updates and they sent me an email saying it had been delivered. That's so crazy they lost your package. Uge - how frustrating! Good luck with the second one.

Just got home from work and guess who tried delivering TWO packages today!!!! They have to be signed for to be delivered. I will be gone most of tomorrow. Maybe I will get lucky and they will deliver when I'm home.

Maybe you could leave a signed note on the door asking them to leave the packages

We leave in about 3 weeks.

It says on the Fed Ex sticker they left on the door they have to have a signature. There was a place to write another drop off location....going to send them a few blocks away to my mom...she works from home.

They said 21 days. They tried delivering mine today and we leave June 1st.

ours came 17 days prior to our check in date. You should be getting them in the next few days.
