Documentation on how transferring works?

Hi~

I am looking through my member guide and vacation planners to try to find the documentation on transferring points. I'm looking for rules and restrictions, etc. I've seen here on the board that you can bank transferred points and that you can't transfer points both in and out of your account in the same year. I'd really like to see all the rules in writing. Does this exist, or is it all stuff you have to call member services to confirm?
