Documentation from DVC

We recently purchased a resale. Closed in June. We received membership cards. What other documentation should we expect from DVC? We haven't received anything else.

You will be added to the marketing mailing list. You might receive something from you Guide and you will receive the point chart book when and if they print a new one.

Since you purchased resale, Disney is a little upset with you right now so nothing special will come your way.

You will receive everything that all other DVC members get in the way of information. Information about your account may be viewed on the DVCmember.com website. If you have not received the information about logging into that site you can call MS and they can assist with that access. The Member's site has information about perks, making reservations, using your points and specific info about the status of your account. You can bank points online.

You will also receive the quarterly Disney Files magazine. The next issue comes out this month. The point charts for 2013 will be released sometime in the next 5 months or so.

DVC is not upset with ANY of it's members.
