With all of the swine flu stuff mania going on, I thought it was better to be prepared with a contingency plan just "in case" since we have a 2 year old. If necessary, we would, of course, go to the ER or Urgent Care, but I thought it might be easier, albeit more expensive, to look into one of the "house call" services. Any experiences with these? Good Physicians? Cost? How it works with insurance?
If you have not used these services, have you used a local urgent care or ER? Which would be our best bet and where is it/phone number?
Any information you can provide would be greatly appreciated! Hopefully, we won't need this information, but it's comforting just to have it in case.
