That episode is hilarious! I love it when it comes on. I think if I would have been that kid I would have totally been freaking out!

What can I say? It was awesome. Rather sad as well. You spend the whole episode wondering just what is going to kill him (and there are a few times when you think it'll happen). The cause of death wasn't expected (by me). Uhm... Pretty much everyone appears at the end of the episode. Martha, Jack, Sarah Jane Smith, Rose, etc. which was sad as he says goodbye to everyone with good deeds. So far, Matt seems to be trying to act like David, which I hope is just for that scene. I want him to add his own identity to the character, then copy him. I thought Donna would die. She doesn't, so i'm confused. Looks like if she remembers him, then she'll go unconcious or something. Oh, and releasing a deadly radiation type beam that spreads outwards from her brain.... How the Time Lords appear is rather odd really, and of course, they don't suceed in coming back.

Can't think of anything else to add.

Omg I forgot you guys have seen it already!!! Only 29ish hours left for we Americans to wait. Until then I'm totally loving the David Tennant marathon BBC America has going on for the next two days straight.

Wasn't Martha engaged/married to some doctor guy she met in the other earth timeline in the season finale of series 3? Or am I making that up, cause she totally wasn't married to Mickey.

She was engaged, she was wearing her ring, but she never said who she was engaged to, so one would imagine that she was engaged to Mickey the whole time.

Actually... Martha said in The Poison Sky that she was engaged to Thomas Miligan, the guy she met in Last of the Time Lord. It is confusing to me... I guess something happened in their relationship? I remember Mickey and Martha leaving with Jack at the end of Journey's End.

This episode reveals that she has left her post at UNIT and has married Mickey Smith, indicating that her previous relationship with Tom Milligan did not end in marriage as previously suggested. Russell T Davies states on the commentary that Tom was merely Martha's rebound from the Doctor. Freema Agyeman is credited as "Martha Smith-Jones".
