I don't need a gym, but I like to keep active (I lost 80 pounds, and don't need them back!) I was just in London and Paris, and went on a London Walk (it's with a company that does walks), not to mention all the extra walking I do on my own. In Paris, I went on a bike tour of Versailles, did a Disneyland Paris photo walk for my website (around the resort area), as well as other walks around Paris. My bags were strength training enough. (I started out very light, but even 20 pounds is 20 pounds!)
I also love to eat - I had my French pastry each day, and two Berthillon ice creams during my trip. I don't overdo badly, though. (I made sure to have plenty of fresh fruit too).
I brought my bike to WDW last time I was there, but only rode it once in 9 days, and then not very far. I still lost 5 pounds while I was there, though.
I workout on vacation as well. We always stay in a hotel with a gym. Last year when we were at the Swan I brought my running shoes and did a few laps around the lake each morning. It was a really nice way to start the day.
