Do you wish the Disneyland Resort is bigger?

It would be cool, if you didn't have to the outside world from the park. Also the resort can expand more.

I think Disneyland is great as is. It's bigger than you realize if you take the time to really enjoy everything it has to offer.

my biggest wish is that they use the "strawberry lot" to build an elaborately themed indoor water park.

I also wish for new e-tickets on the current Pirates Lair, and current Innoventions building. Neither require expansion.....just e- ticket crowd movers.

I don't wish it were bigger, I just wish it would have some of the cool things like WDW has...the Nemo stage show, Philharmagic, etc.

I'll probably never get to WDW (as long as I live in CA anyway.) So it'd be nice to see some of these things kwim.

I like the park the size it is, although not opposed to a few new things... However, we did find that we enjoyed the visit more by staying at a DLR Hotel rather than Good Neighbor hotel (although Candy Cane Inn is very nice!) because we felt like we were constantly "on site". It impressed us enough that we will forever and always stay at a DLR Hotel. (as long as we have the $$$$ that is)

The fact that its not in the middle of nowhere, like WDW is, makes it easily accesible. The downside to going to WDW was that the parks were so spread out, travel time alone (waiting, boarding a tram, taking the monorail, waiting for a bus from the All-Star resort, etc.) eats up a lot.

I love that DLR is smaller, it is more quaint and has a warmer feeling to me than WDW. I love WDW for being out in the middle of nowhere. It feels more like a vacation to me...you enter disney property and the world melts away. They each have advantages for their size but I think if DLR gets too big it just wouldn't feel right.

Having been to WDW four times so far (the last trip last June), I just love the fact that I don't have to take the bus to get to the next park. I love that DLR is the size it is and there is a lot of attractions (that spread in four different parks in WDW) are in just two in California. What is offered at WDW but not in DLR makes the trip to Florida interesting and worth it. When I get back from a WDW trip, I just can't wait to get back "Home" and I so appreciate that DLR is the size it is.

I like that it is small enough to walk the length of the park easily, but often wish they had more indoor dining. When you have been walking the parks all day long, sometimes you just want to sit in a nice, airconditoned restaurant without such a long wait time. I always make priority seating reservations, but there are just not enough choices for indoor eating.

I have been to WDW 1 time in my life for my honeymoon, and LOVED IT. I did like that MK was bigger, but hopping was no where near as convenient as DLR although I do plan to return to WDW soon. I do feel some of DL areas can become bottle necked such as NO Square. During Halloween it was real congested. I think the added DCA things will expand the park more.

If I want a bigger Disney Park I go to WDW! But to be honest in many ways I found WDW just too big. Especially everytime I was forced to take one of those ridiculous buses to another park (don't get me started on our bus issues ;) ).

But I have to agree a water park would be pretty cool! I also wanted to pack up AK in a little box and bring it home with me to leave in anaheim, that was a park I would love to be able to hang out in all the time.

I love the size that Disneyland is. Its quaint and cute. Although I will totally agree and say that I wish DL had some more things that WDW doesnt such as Philermagic or Nemo Stage show. Although for now with all the referbs going on in DCA I am really excited to be getting a bunch of new things to be checking out.

I love the size of the DLR the way it is. Waiting for and taking all the transport busses at WDW really does waste a lot of time.

Plus, we're a ride lovin' family. DLR has a lot of rides.....packed into a much smaller space. WDW has a lot of attractions spread throughout four parks, but boy, do they have A LOT of shows as attractions rather than rides. Usually shows just don't have much repeat value for us. A few do, but most don't. (We LOVED Philharmagic and the Indy show though.:thumbsup2 )

Yes, a third park in the strawberry fields would be awesome, and it's literally right there in the same area, so travel time would be minimal (unlike at WDW).

The ONLY thing I miss at the DLR is value and moderate Disney owned/themed hotels. The three hotels they have are so expensive (definitely priced as deluxes), and most of the good neighbors hotels are actually motels, and old motels at that. (Although I do enjoy the HOJO, and I wouldn't mind staying at the CCI either.)

I just thought of another thing about Disneyland and it's small size: the rides tend to be more thrilling. Since there is a smaller area for an attraction, the turns are more thrilling and faster, I noticed this when comparing BTRM at both parks.
