Do you watch the superbowl?

Do you skip the superbowl, watch every year regardless of which teams are playing or do you only watch when "your" team is playing?

I've tried so hard to watch the Superbowl with dh for the last few years, but I just can't get into it. I don't know why--I always liked football in high school. Oh wait, I didn't like football in high school--I liked football PLAYERS!

I always watch the superbowl. I love football and will be very sad when the season is over and I have to wait until September to get my football fix.

Depends on who's playing, but even then mostly for the commercials.

I prefer college sports over the "pros", but I've come to realize that the outcome of the game is not influenced by whether or not I watch. With that in mind, the recap is all I need.

I tend to only watch if i have an interest in the game.

This year my floor is throwing a Superbowl Social (all hoping that the Colts will be in the game but they will be thoroughly disappointed when it is the PATS playing!!!!) so I'll watch it this year.

I always watch it, usually by myself since it never seems to fail that dh gets forced into work on Superbowl Sunday. Hoping for the Colts and the Panthers this year!!

We're in the same position on this. My DH never watches any sports and neither do I. We didn't even watch last year when the BUCS played and WON! Of course, we were happy they won, but couldn't be bothered with the game...

Lets see one year it was Green Mile, Titanic etc..
It's a tradition for my 81 year old Mom and I
Can't break tradition

We used that day also to go somewhere cause we knew it wouldn't be as crowded -- we'd go to St. Augustine or WDW. We figured most people would be watching the Super Bowl. We were right!
