Do you watch "Clean House"?

I sometimes watch this show, and I can't believe that they are able to find so many people with such pigsties to "help" Most of the time, I can't even watch a complete episode before I have to shut it off because I'm getting the heebie jeebies looking at the clutter/garbage. Is living in complete squalor more common than I think it is

Yes, it's sooooo gross. Don't ever attempt to eat while watching it...trust me it's bad!

Those shows freak me out although they do make me feel much better about my own home.

My mom used to be a bit like that but she's gotten much better. My sister, DH, and I have helped her with remodeling and cleaning out. I think sometimes when you've lived in the same house for 40 years, it's easy to accumulate stuff. That's one advantage to my moving all the time, I think! I never want to keep something I don't like and then have to pack it later.

Yes, I have been watching that for a long time. They get some real characters on that show. I will never forget the woman who HATED everything they did with the house! She wanted her old stuff back! Niceey and the rest of the crew were dumbfounded! And then there was one with a husband obssessed with J. Lo and had to get rid of all the J. Lo pictures he had all over the place!
