Do you vote?

I'll admit i haven't yet, but i will this election. i want President Bush gone, and that's my best way to work towards that.:D

I just registered 2 weeks ago. I registered that I didn't want to say what party i was although I can almost bet that 100% of the time I'd vote Dem.

I haven't voted yet. I'm only 19 (almost 20) and registered to vote about 2 years ago. I'll probably vote in the presidential elections though. I just don't know enough about politics to have voted for anything else.

I vote in primaries and in major elections as well. My first Presidential election where I was old enough to vote was the last one in 2000, but I was in school so I voted via absentee ballot. I look forward to using the new electronic voting machines in the November elections. I registered to vote as soon as I turned 18, and I see it as a privilege.

I'm wearing my "I Voted" sticker on my shirt right now. Voting this morning was great because there were actually people on the local ballot that are exceptional candidates for the positions they are seeking. That almost never happens anymore.

I never miss:D However, I do not complain much.;)

yes, I voted in my most recent election.

I am a huge advocate for voting. Not every country has this privilege. Also, as a woman, I think voting is very important, since we didn't always have this right.

I always tell people, I don't care if you vote the same as me, just get out there and vote!

As someone who's dh is currently running for our board of selectmen, I have to thank all of you who actually get out and vote. I also think that if you don't vote you give up the right to complain. Yes, I would prefer people to have voted for my dh, but if you don't that's okay. Just get involved and vote. Especially to those of you who make informed choices, a huge thank-you. After standing out in the snowy weather today, holding a sign for my dh, I'm pooped and frozen. So, do I vote? Oh yes.

And to those of you who think politicians are corrupt, yes, maybe some are. But there are some out there who read and study huge amounts of paperwork, go to endless, mind-numbing meetings, who are out of the house more nights than they are in the home. They are informed and trying to make your town a better place to live and raise your children.

Sorry I got carried away. I'll stop now.

I mailed my absentee ballot in last month for our Super Tuesday primary.

I also voted today for a campus election :)

I voted today, and I have to say that it seems like they have eliminated the chance for (some of the) confusion like they had last presidential election. The touch screen was nice.

I SO hope you are right!! But then again, after 2000, I've learned to never underestimate the ability of some voters to screw up the simplest things! ;)

Hey I'm from Chicago where the motto is vote early and vote often:D

On a serious note - yes I vote and will be casting mine next Tuesday which is our election day.

Yes I vote. I feel that it is my duty to vote when there is an election. We owe that much to the people that fought and died so that we might have that right.

Yes, but mainly in the bigger ones. I'm usually voting by absentee, so it's too much of a hassle to get one for the smaller elections, especially since I rarely get a chance to find out the politics of the people running. When we get to Washington, I'll be registering there, so the presidental election will be the first election since 2001 that I'll be voting in an actual voting booth!
