We've purchased several things from them, both HSN and QVC.

We will continue to purchase items there, but never again will we purchase luggage from them.

I've bought a few things from QVC over the years, but none of the others. Never had a problem with anything I've bought.

I need to stay off of QVC, I get sucked into thinking I need to buy things I have no use for!

Have ordered from QVC many times and have always been happy with them. My mother, she has a direct phone line into QVC. There was a stretch where every other day there was a QVC box coming to her house. She has toned it down a little bit, but she is a total QVC junkie. I havetaken her several times to Studio Park and even went to a couple of the live studio audience shows. Her and I even did an opening segment with In the Kitchen With Bob. Ahhh, the things we do for our mothers.

I love QVC, our UPS guy calls me the "Queen of QVC". I buy all of my steaks from them, I love Kansas City Steaks. I also buy Northern Nights sheets and comforters, soo comfy and I could go on and on. I also have to stay away from that channel.

I love QVC! No problems with them except its too easy to buy. However, I have also purchased from HSN. I am not as happy with them. I found the product qualityto be not as good as QVC's. Customer service is much better at QVC also.

I have never bought anything, but I can admit to watching QVC from time to time. They always have such interesting items. The other day I tuned in for a moment and they had taken a call from a lady who quacked on the phone to the host and the aldy selling her clothing line called quackers (I think?) !

Shhhhh......Don't tell anyone......I am a QVC-aholic!
I try to be good, but they have soooo many temptations. I also love their 30 day money back guarantee without restocking fees. I had a set of the cook essentials non-stick cookware that had a lifetime warranty. After three years of continous use, my coating was starting to stick. I called QVC to find out what I could do to restore the finish on my skillet. The operator found my info and told me to expect a new complete 10 piece set in the mail within seven days. I expected to have to box up my old set and mail it back to them. I was quite surprised to be informed that I could keep my old set to make up for any inconvenience I had incurred.

I am a QVC Junkie for life.

Yep, bought from HSN & QVC, but it's been a good six months since the last purchase. I don't watch the TV channels, just visit the web sites now and then.

I LOVE QVC. Have bought from then for 15 years. I check the TSV(today's special value for you uniformed ) every am. I love their customer service (best in the market) and have never had a problem returning anything that I needed to return (which has been precious little). Quality is spectacular.
I don't buy as much as I used to, but I do buy from them. I would love to visit studio park sometime!

I agree! At least for me, it took FOREVER for my order to get to me and I live about an hour and a half from their headquarters in St. Pete. Then, the items that I got started to wear out sooner than I thought they should.

One cool thing that HSN has on their web site is customer reviews of the product. There have been a couple of times that I thought something would be really neat, only to check out the reviews and see that the item wasn't rated very highly.
