We wanted to take a survey and see how many people are aware of and use the fast passes?

IF NOT, please explain why you prefere to stand in line if a fast pass is available to you??

thanks!!:sunny:

Yes, I use Fast Passes, depending on the line wait times.

I love the FastPass! It is a great idea that I take full advantage of! ::yes:: ::yes::

FastPass is the way to go!! We got shut out a couple of times in July when we got to Epcot in the afternoon. Then we waited in the "single rider" line and only waited half the time as the others.

well, we didn't use them the last trip because we went in early December when there were no lines to speak of....I think we might have waited 15-20 minutes for a few rides. This trip we are going during summer and plan to use it as much as possible!

Heck yeah! DH didn't get them at first, but once he understood the concept, we FPed everything. In early December. When there wasn't any lines. :p

Absolutley!! I don't understand why more people don't use it!?!??! And some people don't even seem to know it exists. On our last trip we had people looking at us with half upset/half perplexed looks on their faces like we were cutting in line or something when we were able to get on rides before them! LOL!

We probably FP about 3 times each day. If the line is less than 20 minutes, then we wait or get a FP and get in line. Then we can usually ride again when we get out. If the FP return time isn't until later in the day, then we just don't bother. We mostly use FP early in the day. Say....Epcot..we get a FP for TT and then go over to M:S. Usually we have about a 10 min. wait until FP time, so we have a bathroom break. If we are in the area of another FP attraction when our window opens up, then we send dh over to get new FPs and then ride the current FP attraction. Although, I have been seeing more CM abuse of FPs. When we were there in Dec there was a CM at SM who had a handful of FPs. There was a group of about 4-5 teen-age girls in front of us. The CM gave all of them FPs!! Saw that about 3 or 4 times. What's up with that practice??

I love fast pass but I will admit that I also like standing in line. Not very long ones mind you but if the wait is less than 20 mins I don't mind. Something about that whole atmosphere. Now since I can't remember ever going at the end of may I'm not sure whether those lines might be too long to stand in.

We use FP whenever possible. It allows us to see and do more than if we were standing in long wait lines. It is surprising to see that many folks have no idea that it exists or how it works.

I use to be FastPass crazy and get a FastPass even when it was a 10 minute wait, but in my last couple of trips, I've only used FastPass twice that I can remember (once at Little Mermaid and once at Tower of Terror). I'm more the type that likes to get to the parks early and do the big rides when they're walk-ons. Morning is probably my favorite time of day in the parks so I like to be there as soon as they open. When the park is more crowded, I usually tend to do attractions with either high compacities or shows like Beauty and the Beast of the Lion King.

I have not used Fast Passes yet. We went in October with no waits more than 10 minutes and last week was the same. No waits more than 10 minutes. I didn't understand though, why people were getting FastPasses when there were hardly any lines anyways.

I even get Fastpasses when there is no line, figuring (a) why not, (b) who knows, maybe a line will develop, and (c) the walk is usually shorter. I also don't mind if I don't use my fastpasses.

You just got to love that Fast Pass, we use it all the time!
