Have you ever had trouble redeeming coupons you have printed from the internet? I've wanted to try them but I'm afraid stores won't take them.

I haven't had any trouble with them at the four stores I most frequent. The only issue I ever had with a coupon was the one for a free pack of Jiffy peanut butter that Target sent me. They had trouble ringing up the full amount of the product (even though it was within the limits stated on the coupon) and wanted me to pay the 32 for the difference between what they COULD put in and the taxes. I was nice about it but said that it was a Target coupon that Target mailed me and it clearly stated FREE, so I'd really rather not. So she called over a manager that took care of it without a problem. I think the cashier was slightly miffed that I didn't want to pay 32 cents, but I didn't even bring my wallet in with me since I was only there for that product and I knew it should be completely free.

I use them all the time. Just make sure they all have different codes on the top right of the coupon under the scan thing. If the codes up top are the same they are just a copy. My husband works for a large retailer and there have been so many scams lately with these. People just make copies of the coupons instead of only using the originals which is considered fraud so that is why retailers are skeptical. You can verify if your coupon is legit at www.veri-fi.com .

As long as you are printing them from reputable websites there should be no issues. I agree some cashiers need to be taught (by us the customers) about how they are in fact valid/legal.

They are worth it to my family of 5. I have cut my groceries budget down to $300 a month as opposed to the $500+ it used to be, thanks to coupons (all kinds).

I use them all the time with no problems. Just make sure they are from a confirmed and reputable source and you shouldn't have any issues either.

Our Target and local grocery store won't take them. They have signs up saying due to the high frequency of fraud, they won't be accepted.

I use them all the time at CVS, Shaws Supermarket and Rite Aid. I print only from reputable sources like coupons. com, smartsource.com, and redplum.com. My Shaw's won't accept free product coupons but other than that I've had no problems.

I don't know of any stores that accept an internet-printable for a free item, but they take all of the rest, up to $5 usually.

A woman here was arrested when she brought in (from what I understand it was quite a few!) copied coupons. That is fraud, and all of the numbers on the coupon were identical. When you print them, they have unique numbers attached to the coupon (not the barcode).

There has been a crackdown, but I'm shocked that Target won't accept internet printables at all...they have them on their website!

I use them all the time no problem only problem ones are b1g1 free coupons alot of the stores don't here don't take those. I use coupons.com smartsource.com and redplum.com and I do alot of the one from facebook that are bricks coupons powered by coupons.com. I use alot of group facebook pages included extreme couponing with desirae from the extreme coupon show on tlc she posts alot of them and printable coupon spot iwho is the co owner of hotcouponworld.com

I use printable coupons from couponmom dot com I use them at my giant store and have never had trouble.

I use the Target printable coupons and that's it. Most stores near me give you a hard time using regular internet coupons. The Target ones generally are ok except the few times I have been told they can't accept more than 1 if the barcode is the same except they all have the same barcode.

I have seen alot of those target ones lately says one per transaction very irritating. Once nice now our bi lo stores now will accept competitor coupon included printable coupon which is awesome!!
