Do you use Disney checks?

Poll coming if I can figure it out! Today my DD19 laughed at me (again) for using Disney checks. I admit it - I'm 45 years old and I really like them. I have ones with Cinderella, Pinocchio, Dumbo, Snow White, etc. I just reordered another box and I also have a Disney checkbook. I don't care what other people think! I only wish I had a Mickey check in the series.

So - Disney checks, other or just plain, understated blue?

Yes - from Current IIRC. Came with a cool leather check book cover with an embossed Mickey on front.

Given how few checks we write these days (online pill pay) they will last us a lifetime.

I used to when I had my own checkbook. When DH & I just recently combined $$ he insisted on boring regular checks. I always got lots of compliments. I was a dork about it tho, I would skip to certain checks depending on who I was writing it to. I had Bambi, PeterPan, Cinderella & Lady&Tramp.

My DH says he can't use Disney checks. It just isn't manly to go and pay the water bill with Winnie the Pooh. I think we have Thomas Kincade right now.

No, we don't. Since DH works for the bank, we get the plain checks for free, so we just use those. We hardly ever write checks anyway, so it seems silly to pay for checks we barely use.

Like "DUH" you are darn tooting I use the Disney checks. I have my own checking account. So I can use any check I want. I have the Disney Classics one with Cinderella, Tinkerbelle, Bambi, and Lady and the Tramp.

I have disney checks too!!! most of them have a combo of the fab 5 in the 4 different seasons. I LOVE THEM. and since DH does very little check writing, I don't care what he thinks.

I've been using Disney checks for years. I've had Winnie the Pooh and Princesses with castles and also classic Disney (Pinocchio, etc.). My husband is fine with it-if anyone teases him about it, he just says they were my choice! Secretly, he likes them too.
Well, maybe the princess ones were a little over the top for him but he's a good guy.

Well if I could find only Tinkerbell checks I would. I currently use Anne Geddes checks. But I do have a Tinkerbell Checkbook.

I have Sesame Street checks. DD picked them out when she was little and I've just stuck with them because I adore them myself.

I got two comments about them yesterday--I got new phones at Alltel and the salesguy just started laughing when I handed it to him and said, "Does everybody just get a big smile when you hand them a Big Bird check? These are the coolest checks ever." Well, I do--it makes writing checks a little more fun.

The last box of checks we had before the ones we are using now were Disney ones... DH surprised me by ordering them and I loved them!!! Next time we went to order they didn't offer them anymore (we get our checks through our bank) so we ordered the dolphin set instead. DD is a huge dolphin freak, so we like them as well, although I would like the Disney ones again.

I have used Scooby Doo checks for about 7 or 8 years.

I did almost order Mickey checks the last time, but I just couldn't bear to not have my Scooby anymore.

Our last boxes of checks had Toy Story, Lion King, Beauty and the Beast, and one other. Our new checks have Mickey and the gang playing. We splurged for the Mickey checkbook cover this time too.

I think I liked the old checks better, but it was time for a change.

I've used Disney checks for a few years now. Considering how rarely I write checks, I'll have plenty for years to come.

No, because I have never found any with designs I like. I don't like the ones with the cartoons on them.

If someone designed an understated 3 circle Mickey head, I'd be all over it!!!!!!
