Frequent traveler. I always unpack my suitcase as fully as I can. Exception is if it's a quick overnight stay I won't (will have more of them as our Chicago office starts its return-to-office initiative, as I live in Florida).

It's getting harder and harder to do that, though, as I've seen fewer hotels with actual dressers/drawers.

I hate living out of a suitcase. I almost always hang up clothes when I get to a hotel. Put the suitcases away in closet or under bed. Makes for more room and less clutter!

I want to get some for my husband for our next trip but they are sooooo expensive 😩
But what a great gift!

They sell a handful of styles at the resorts. If you have any discounts like AP or DVC it applies to the RSVLTS shirts as well.

Before I had a child, I never really unpacked in hotels. My husband did but I just lived out of my suitcase. Then once we had a child and his things were often mixed in with mine, I started using the drawers and closet in the hotel. And I loved it! I will still sometimes leave some odds and ends in my suitcase on top of the luggage rack. But my clothes will go in drawers or get hung up. I even bring a bunch of travel hangers since hotels never have enough.

When we do Disney vacations, I also bring little containers to put on the counter or dress to hold things like hand wipes and masks that I can just grab from to replenish my fanny pack before heading into the parks. Especially now that we have DVC, I like to feel more "at home" on vacations.

I do similar things on non-Disney trips as well not too.

The only times I don't really unpack are when we are just staying 1 night somewhere, like we do on road trips.

Clean clothes being in touch with a surface that POSSIBLY used to have dirty clothes doesn't bother me in the slightest. Think of all the places you sit down... an office chair, a restaurant chair, at a movie, public transportation (maybe). Your clothes are now in contact with some place that someone's dirty clothes may have touched.
I get where you are coming from, but the thought of people throwing their dirty underwear with who knows what on it into a drawer and then me putting my clean clothes there...🤢

ETA - I should have read all the other replies first. I see there are some like-minded individuals on here! lol

I get it. But there's a lot of things I don't bother worrying about... it makes my life SO much easier. 🤣

Yep, I unpack and put the suitcase in the closet or under the bed. I have little pouches for misc. loose items and those just go in the drawer but everything else gets unpacked. Now days the only places I travel to are either WDW or in our RV. Everything is already unpacked and hanging and put away in the RV before we start the trip, we do it the day before. I drive down to WDW and sometimes do a split stay with one or two nights at a less expensive resort then the rest of the trip at a moderate or deluxe. For the one or two night portion I put my clothes in a packing cube and the rest of what I need for the night in a backpack. The packing cube in the back pack as well. I have a hanging toiletry bag so I just hang that up and put the packing cube in a drawer. I leave my other suitcase in the car. My car has a tray thing in the back that can be lifted and I put my suitcase under that and then cover it with a blanket. Dirty clothes go back in the packing cube and that just gets thrown in the back of the car for the next leg. If not a split stay, everything gets unpacked. I don't like clutter so even my toiletries go back in the hanging bag every morning after I use them. Nothing on the counters in the bathroom, if there are cabinets in the bathroom then loose items go in them. Dirty clothes go in a bag that goes in a dedicated drawer. Shoes in the closet. I even pick up anything that might be laying around like charging cords and put those in pouches in the drawers before I leave for the day and hang up my used towel in the bathroom. Disney has gone to the no trash bags in the trash cans so I even travel with small trash bags that I can put in those. Housekeeping has an easy day with my room.
