I don't get twitter either. I guess might be a good thing if you are a busy person and want to keep your friends and family updated on your adventures.

Like if you were on an extended vacation. You could post messages. "Went to MK today. Had a ball. Crowds super light/heavy. Had the best meal at XYZ. Etc Etc"

I had a Twitter for about 2 weeks and deleted my account because I didn't understand the point of having it. My "friends" just updated all the time and it seemed pointless! So, to answer your question Kurby, I do not know the point of Twitter!

There are a lot of fakes and most of them are pretty obvious fakes.

Twitter verifies accounts and then if you look at those verified celebrities they will vouch for each other.

My girls went to see a Mitchell Musso concert (Oliver from the Hannah Montana show) at Six Flags on Saturday. They were all decked out in Mitchell Musso tshirts and shorts and they ran into Mitchell's mother. She took a picture of the girls and put it on his official Twitter. They were on cloud nine!!!

I like to know what my friends and family are doing, even if it's mundane as taking the dog for a walk or making enchiladas for dinner. It's a nice way to keep in touch with the little stuff and we have fun with it.
