Looks like he was charged with 2nd degree murder, among other things.

I know enough about politics to know that most politicians can't be trusted, but I would disagree with you on the media. Not to get political, but some cable news channels are biased toward one party or the other & mislead their viewers on a regular basis. Sadly, many people believe everything they report. Other news sources are very selective about what they report. The local news around here seems to go for shock factor first. They tend to leave out pertinent information that changes the story substantially. It's hard to imagine that other local news sources are totally different, but I guess it's possible. I honestly don't trust any tv, news source completely anymore.

So what, you do know that people can go into cardiac arrest after a traumatic incident. In this case a traumatic physical incident. That doesn't mean she wasn't murdered.

It also doesn’t mean that she was murdered. Apparently I can’t link videos from NBC on this board. I would link every video and ask the same question, when was she hit by the car and on death certificate does it say she had injuries from being hit.
