Do you tip the steaming service that comes to your hotel room?

Trying to figure out who needs to be tipped...I have the violinist, limo driver, hair/makeup service...do you tip the person from Carolyn Allen's? If so, how much? Also still trying to figure out if I'm supposed to give a gift/tip to our coordinator for a Memories Collection wedding. The on site coordinator the day of our wedding will not be the person we've been emailing during the BEO process.
