Do you tip the shuttle drivers?

I'm wondering if it customary to tip the drivers who bring you from the airport to the hotel and also the shuttles that bring you from the resort to the parks? And if so how much? Who else besides housekeeping and wait staff should we be prepared to tip?

We tip the Magic Express driver $1.00 for each bag he handles and no one tips the buses that take you to the park, anyway no one that I know of.
We tip the housekeepers about a $1.00 for each person in the room . We leave an envelope with the money in it each day because they sometimes have different housekeepers each day.

I usually tip the bus driver from the airport because they do handle the luggage. Occasionally, when I find a good one, I will tip the bus driver from the resort to the parks. But since Mears has taken over the operation of Disney buses it is really hard to find a good one.

I have only tipped 1 Parks bus driver as he was supposed to be going to AK but since we were only ones on the bus he actually asked us where we wanted to go since we were using AK as transfer point for another resort and he just switched his sign and took us straight to the resort. So that earned him 10 tip from me.

We always have tipped the ME driver $2 per person, especially for handling luggage and if they were not cranky. If you look up at the head of the bus when you are inside, there is a sign saying gratuities are accepted.

Just the magical express drivers. We usually give $5, because the four of us usually have 1 carryon that he has to dig out from the bottom of the bus. So, $1 for each bag, and then $1 for good measure.

We tip the resort bus drivers whenever they do something special or interacts with us. The starting salary for the bus drivers is only $10.50/hour. That isn't very much for their level of responsibility or training they need for the job. A dollar here and there doesn't matter much to us, but those dollars can really add up for the driver. Then again, we always have a gift for our kids bus drivers and teachers. Not everyone feels as we do.

The tips are already included in ME, so you do not need to. 99 times out of a 100, you will not even be in the room, because you do not need to tip.

If you have had Bell services to deliver, you do have to be in the room (I.e. split stays) and tips are appropriate.
