Do you tip Concierge CMs?

Juanita @ AKL (works in IPO) told me she received an award from the compliment letter I sent in. : She was working in the lounge at the time. She is such a sweetie. I miss her in the lounge, but they've replaced her with some pretty good folks.

Where did she go? What is IPO? I love her and know her for many years.. from when she used to work at the Poly Concierge!! we have sent in many letters regarding her.. (although her name has been changed quite often.. she says to protect the innocent!! LOL!!)

Every time we've tried to offer a cash gratuity, it's been politely declined and we've been told they are NOT allowed to accept gratuities. We usually bring or send some sort of gift the can share, Godiva chocolates or a cookie basket from Mrs. Fields.
