Do you think this is remotely possible?

Great advice everyone. Very much appreciated! I will tone it back a bit and try to only do 2 parks.

That's a good idea. I'd rather spend more quality time in the park than getting from Point A to Point B to Point C. Since Muppets is a priority, do Studios and the MK. There are so many things to do in those parks, and I think a bit of a more leisurely pace to notice the details is better than go-go-go.

You didn't mention when this trip takes place, but in September it is still very HOT and when you're on the go all day (Rope Drop at 9 AM to MNSSHP until midnight), that does make for a long day without any rest. I understand about wanting to do as much as possible, but somewhere I'd try to plan for a little downtime (an a/c table service meal?) especially if the weather is likely to be hot & humid.
 
My comment goes with the pp about when you're going to be there. If its hot don't try for more than 2 parks or you'll be exhausted and sick. If its hot then it will be a very very long day to go from rope drop to MNSSHP.
