Do you think this is a strange place for a clock

I'd take a Ruth's Chris filet over any steak at Texas Roadhouse any day (well except for the salad - love TR house salad).
And rolls. TR house salad and rolls for the win.

I can agree that not everyone wants or needs a clock in the bathroom but it’s very odd to me that anyone would find it weird, much less gross. It’s a clock, not a power tool. Clocks are pretty useful in every room.
I find the specific position of that clock weird.

Are you seriously going to tell me I shouldn’t keep my belt sander in the shower?

I'd take any other steak anywhere over filet. I get it's tender, but when I want a steak, I want a steak not something I have to externally flavor. I don't get the love of filet. That's the worst cut of steak to me.

To be honest, since I'm in a mobile home, thus not much places to store stuff, there is always usually a collection of tools in the bathroom. I have a huge wall length built in sink base with just a single sink and in the corner I have my collection of car cleaning supplies because it's easy to grab from there to go out and clean the car, which is daily since I have a tree full of birds overtop of my driveway.

You clean your car daily? Time for a new Is This Weird? thread! ;)

I think having a clock in the bathroom is a little weird and don't think I've ever seen that. If I need to know what time it is I have my cell phone and my watch but I don't really spend enough time in the bathroom to have to know the exact time.

I just bought my car. It replaced my basic divorce econobox commuter. It is covered in bird snot every morning. I don't want to drive around with that all over my beautiful car. So yes, I keep it very very waxed and use ONR (a no-rinse car wash) in a spray bottle and spray down the dirty areas to remove it, every morning. I did not this morning. When I got home and pulled the motorcycle out, I found I had a clean microfiber towel in the saddle bag. All my other ones are dirty and need washed which is why I didn't wipe the car down this morning.

This isn't my car, but an example of what it would look like by Friday if I didn't.

in the bathroom?

My husband wants to be able to see it when he is on the toilet; this wall is the same as the sink so you can see it while getting ready.

The second picture is the wall opposite the toilet.

I’m showing up late to the thread, but I figured I’ll chime in…..

We have 3 bathrooms and a clock in each of them, but none of them are hung where this one is - it makes me chuckle where it’s at. Definitely a perfect place for a guy to see it when using the bathroom - LOL!

That will mess up the clear coat fast.

What, the bird droppings or cleaning it like that? If the cleaning, leaving a car covered in droppings will mess up the clear coat fast. Cleaning in such a manor just means that you need to detail the car each spring which you need to do anyways. ONR is quite popular in the automotive detailing world for people who can't wash their cars for reasons such as renting and such (like it was for me until recently.)

The droppings. The picture is horrifying for anyone that wants their paint to look even decent.

I’d be throwing a tarp over it.

I am at my parent's house, cat sitting, and there is NO clock in their bathroom. There are hardly any clocks in the whole house. I'm used to seeing a clock everywhere I look. Weird.

Just my opnion, but It makes more sense to be on the wall near the sink than it does behind the toilet like in the first picture.
We have a wall clock in our bathroom, it is above the mirror and light bar where the sink is. It can be seen from the toilet, the shower and the sink.
