Do you think there's a problem?

I'm not sure if I should start to worry and, if so, who should I call?
On December 13 I ordered the Batcave for DGS (the gift he seems to really want now).
I ordered through Amazon, but was directed to a toy store, Winter Toyland in California.
It was sent FedEx, left CA on 12/14, there's info on 12/15, and on 12/16 it says "in transit...Reno, NV".

I'm starting to worry because there hasn't been an update since 12/16 (Of course as the worried Nana I'm checking like 4 times a day ).

Do you think this is normal? (not that I'm compulsively checking....I know I'm probably jumping the gun) but that there hasn't been an update since 12/16?

They give the expected delivery date as 12/22.

If it doesn't arrive by then (which is tomorow) should I call/email the toy store, Amazon or FedEX...or what

I know I must sound crazy, but this is THE toy DGS has now decided Santa HAS to bring and I don't want to dissappoint him.

Since the scheduled delivery date is tomorrow, I wouldn't worry about it. It is probably coming Fed Ex Ground, which is why there isn't another update. Once it reaches the Fed Ex distribution center, there should be an update where they "log" it in and then another update when it is out for delivery (which should be tomorrow). If something happened, the scheduled delivery date should change to a "re-scheduled delivery date". Also, don't forget about the snow we had over the weekend, that might affect when the package gets delivered too. Just keep an eye on it - just to be safe.

ETA - if the package doesn't arrive by tomorrow, then you should call Fed Ex and give them the tracking number. They can sometimes see things that we can't.

As a crazed package tracker I feel your pain. Mine is National Geographic - they still have my order from the 5th of December "in process"

Um what are you doing to it?

Really if it's in the fed ex system you should be getting more notification. Call fed ex and see where it is if you have the tracking number. I would.

It seems as if I have jumped the gun

I just checked and now it says "in transit Keasbey NJ".

I just feel good that there is an update. I was mostly worried because there hadn't been any update since the 16th and I thought maybe it was lost.

Since DD lives in NJ and the package is in NJ tonight, I'm hoping it will be delivered tomorow

Anyway, at least I know it's not lost.

Thanks again for your help...and good luck to you java. "In process" since Dec 5th does seem alittle much.
