Do you think Stormalong Bay will open before July 1st?

I've heard some rumblings that it will open sometime in June, but haven't seen anything official to suggest that. I'm wondering if anyone has more info on this. Thanks so much for any info that you might have!

Can't really be predicted as there are a lot of variables, such as weather, unexpected issues, labor, etc. I am sure Disney would like to open it as soon as possible and I am sure they built in a cushion in case of surprises, but one never knows! I think that is why the date is kind of ambiguous.

Not sure, but I saw some REALLY good prices to stay there in June. It’s priced like the pool will be closed.

That would be nice, but I wouldn't book a vacation hoping to use the pool in May.

I think any 'rumblings' have been rumors from hopeful folks with June reservations! Probably best to expect an opening around 7/1. Just saw some of the activity in person last week, and it is really broken down. These pics are around the back pool area where the cabanas have been located. A lot of stuff torn up already, and clearly more to go.

Disney pool renovations don't have a history of opening dramatically early


Since the wording says "through June" I don't think Disney will want to risk it not being open Jul 1, therefore my target guess is the last week full of June.
