They have 30 days from the day they receive you paper work.

No. I think it's random. They do ROFR in bunches. The time to clear ROFR depends upon what day they get your paperwork, how many sales are ahead of you, and what day they decide to look at the ROFR's.

If it's taking a long time, that doesn't mean the contract is more likely to ROFR.
