Do you think it worth it???

Do you think it is worth it to have the disneyflorist deliver a Christmas tree? Does anyone have any pictures of any of these they have had delivered in the past? Thanks for any help!!

Catwub...what a great idea! I'd love to see the photos and the various prices for the trees also...we'll be at WDW 12/18 through 12/25...

And BTW...it was great meeting you in March...I finally found the thread you started trying to locate me...seems we both had each other's screenname not quite right...we had a great time there...boy, did my niece ever get her fill of crab legs! She loves them!

OH, I do have a photo of a tree and stocking...not great, but I could email it to ya if you'd like...another DISser sent it to me recently...just PM me with your email.

Laura, I sent you those pics and they are actually quite clear on my computer. Maybe it's just the graphics program that you're using to open them. I had to reduce them down in order for it to fit on the screen, so perhaps if you tried that you could get them clearer.

Catwub, I will try to look through my literature, but I'm nearly positive that the tree started at $200 and had add-ons available. You could have Mickey ears embroidered with your family name and used as a tree topper, that was $20. They had one pin hidden in the tree and you could purchase more for $6.50 each. There were also special plush characters that you could clip the hands together and they would hug the tree base. Those were $20 to $25 each. If memory serves me right, the Mickey stockings were in the $40 range and were filled with Disney candies.

If I can figure out how to crop the image down to size, I'll post a picture.

Tammi...the photos were very clear, but smaller than the one in the post so I appreciate seeing it again...a bit bigger. I'm still uncertain if I will order one....I really like the stockings and might lean that way instead...or if I can find some time, energy and figure how to send them to our resort before the trip...I know that I can get some cute Disney stockings locally and fill them with more personalized items....just have to do the leg work on it.

You could always buy a small fiber optic tree at Target for $20 and use that.

Thanks for all the responses and the pictures!!! I took a tree the last Christmas trip, but I thought it would be really cool for them to bring one, and for the fact that it is already decorated for Christmas disney-style. I will probably plan on getting one for the hotel unless I see something that I am really impressed with here. I'll have it shipped home afterward. I just want this holiday to be very special.
