Every time I walk by Canada pavillion in Epcot, I crave Tim Horton's coffee.

Don't you think a Timmies there would do well? S

I know my FIL would be there everyday for one. So would I but I drink the steaped tea. I think they would have to import Ont. water though 'cause Flordia water is awful.:drinking1

I'm tempted to bring a coffee maker with a can of timmies with us lol
I'm bringing 2 cases of Canadian water with us!

I would be there everyday! I love their Earl Grey tea and the tea at restaurants I've tried on property just don't compare. Plus, who wouldn't like a box of Timbits for a late-night snack?

I'm sure Canadians would flock to it in the am at the park(well, all the time:lmao: ), but I'm not sure anyone would go there for coffee in the middle of the day in the hot weather. I'm not sure how particular the American's are about the flavour of their coffee, they seem to specialize more in donuts (dunkin donuts, krispy kreme). However I don't drink coffee at all so I don't fully understand the cravings or anything.

Here is the link to a newsrelease about Wal-mart Canada serving Tim Horton's products in the future. If probably won't be too long before we see Wal-Mart USA also allowing Tim Horton's in select areas. I am betting with all the Canadian Snowbirds and WDW visitors, Orlando would be considered as a test market! We love our Timmies! :thumbsup2

yummy Timbits! I wish they would consider putting a Timmys there. It would make morning so much more easier

I think it would do great, many people like little places to stop for stuff like that. Plus they seem to be opening more State-side, prob do great business in the park.

On our last trip, this past Feb.,we questioned the CM's at The Canadian Pavillion, and she said they get so many requests for a Timmie's there all the time. She also told us that Disney did enquire, and Nestle, their main supplier, told them if they did allow Tim Horton's to sell their coffees, etc, they would pull their sponsorship, and that Disney couldn't afford that(meaning Public Relation's way, obviously not financially)! So it doesn't look like Timmies for us die hard Canadians anytime soon!:guilty:

We live in Southern Ontario but I'm from Sault Ste Marie. We go through Michigan to get to the Soo. When they put a Timmies in Michigan (and there are a few now) we thought it was the greatest! And that was from being out of Canada for 6 hours!

A Timmies at WDW- priceless!!!

Well if Disney can't put one in, that wouldn't stop someone from putting one in outside the park....say on I-Drive. They'd have to secure the franchise, of course, and it's doubtful TH is offering them for Florida just yet.

PS- Oh come on.........Florida water is not bad!

I don't drink coffee, but I wouldn't mind seeing a Tim Horton's in Epcot. The only donuts I like are Tim Horton's donuts...I don't know what it is about them, but no other donuts even come close.

Oh wow!! I'm originally from Sault Ste Marie, and live in Southern Ontario as well! :goodvibes

PS- Oh come on.........Florida water is not bad!

How can you say FL water isn't that bad when you have no other water to compare it to?! ;) You've not had water until you've had water from Northern Ontario (like Sault Ste Marie). Now *thats* real water! We used to go visit family there, fill up jugs with tap water and bring them home with us!

Timmies at EPCOT might do OK. Tim Hortons has had Florida locations in the past but they are now closed.

Read about some of Tim Hortons efforts on U.S. expansion. I read last spring that the stores in New England sales were well below expectations.

I emailed Timmies and asked if they would consider selling pre-packaged filter packs for in room coffee makers to satisfy their loyal fans who travel.

I will post when I get a response.

Good god, I'd never leave EPCOT if they had a Tim Horton's there.
