Do you think $80/pt for BWV will pass ROFR?

My Mom got this offer on her points - the contract is a little stripped with only 100 and some avail 2/08 and then the full contract amount in 2009. She's not unhappy with the price but it seems that The Timeshare Store is asking a little more. She's doing this on her own and a little worried that the buyer might be flakey - what happens if they back out. How long does ROFR take?

Has anyone out there sold some of their own points and know the ropes?

Remember that as a seller, your Mom doesn't care if it passes ROFR or not. See gets her money either way. In fact, it's probably a bit better if it doesn't pass ROFR, as Disney will be a quicker and more reliable buyer.

The only question is whether or not she could get more. Maybe should could get $81, or at most $82. But if she's happy with $80 and has a buyer willing to make an offer, why not go ahead.
