Probably should but no. I had enough trouble trying to remember to take my prenatals when I was preggo.
)I do, and my DDil tells me my hair is much healthier since I started! She is my hairdresser too!

I do because I don't.Nope, I just eat a balanced diet.

If you eat a balanced diet, you don't need vitamins. Your body takes what it needs, stores what it can and eliminates the rest.I don't take any vitamins. I really should, I guess. But there are SOOOO many different kinds out there, I have no clue which one to get. I always hear it's good to take a D3, or C, or K, blah, blah, blah.
Then you have all the multi-woman's ones. One for this age, that age, metabolism, energy.
It gives me a headache on which one to choose. Any help? And do they really work? Really? Like, do you feel a difference?

All those people who take mega doses of vitamins aren't any healthier, they just have more expensive pee.
If you don't eat a balanced diet...join the crowd...just take a Centrum Multivitamin.
