Do you still fax requests for rooms if staying concierge?

Just wondering, since I already made my room request when I sent my vacation itinerary to concierge.

You should make any room requests directly with concierge, since they usually have a separate room assigner than the rest of the resort. If you fax in a request, it will most likely go to the regular room assigner, and do you no good.
